Return Policy
1. Digital QR Cards
Non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Refunds are only issued if: multiple charges
occurred, a verified technical error prevents delivery, or the product is not delivered within 72 hours
of payment confirmation (excluding incorrect customer info).
2. Custom NFC Cards
As these are personalized products, they are non-returnable once produced.
Refunds/replacements are only accepted if: the card arrives damaged, defective, or with printing
errors caused by us. Claim must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
3. Generic NFC Cards
Pre-designed but unique-coded products. Can only be returned/replaced if: the card arrives
damaged or with a faulty chip/code. Claim must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof. No
refunds for change of mind once shipped and activated.
4. Refund Process
Email support@3gboza.com with your Order ID and proof of issue. Approved refunds will be
processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
