1. What products do you sell?

We sell NFC and QR-enabled digital banking cards in both digital and physical form.

2. How do I receive my product after purchase?

  • Digital cards: Delivered instantly via email (and in your 3gboza account, if applicable) once your Paystack payment is confirmed.
  • Physical cards: Delivery within Lagos is typically within 24 hours. For locations outside Lagos, delivery may take more than 24 hours depending on your address.

3. I didn’t receive my card or code, what should I do?

  • Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder for digital deliveries.
  • Log into your 3gboza account (if applicable).
  • For physical deliveries, please allow the stated delivery timeframe.
  • If you still can’t find your order, contact us at support@3gboza.com with your order number.

4. Are your cards region-locked?

Our digital banking cards are designed to work globally, but some features or integrations may be region-specific. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure compatibility.

5. Can I get a refund?

Since digital products are delivered instantly and physical cards are customized for each user, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if:

  • You received a defective/invalid digital code.
  • You paid but did not receive your product.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept secure payments via Paystack (Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, USSD, and other supported Paystack options).

7. How long does delivery take?

Digital cards: Delivered instantly after Paystack confirms your payment.
Physical cards: Within 24 hours in Lagos; more than 24 hours outside Lagos, depending on location and courier timelines.

8. Can I return a product?

No. Both digital and physical cards are non-returnable once delivered. Please make sure you select the correct product before purchasing.

9. Are my payments secure?

Yes ✅ Your payments are processed securely via Paystack, which uses advanced encryption and fraud protection to safeguard your transactions and personal data.
