Shipping Policy

1. Digital Delivery (QR Code Cards)

Digital business cards (QR codes) are delivered instantly via email and your 3gboza dashboard
after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to system
verification. Customers must ensure their email address and login details are accurate.

2. Physical Delivery (NFC Cards)

We offer two types of NFC cards: a. Custom NFC Cards – Produced with personalized designs.
Production takes 3–5 business days before dispatch. Delivery timelines: Nigeria & West Africa:
5–10 business days; International: 10–15 business days. b. Generic NFC Cards – Ready-made
cards with a standard 3gboza design but embedded with unique codes for each user. Typically
shipped within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines same as above.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Customers receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Tracking details for
physical NFC cards will be shared once dispatched.

4. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital QR card within 24 hours, or your NFC card within the stated
timeframe, please contact support@3gboza.com. Delays caused by incorrect address, phone, or
email details are the responsibility of the customer
